Hiya Welcome to the forum!
Glad to help and any time you need help just ask a mod. We are the ones in red.
A-You can make/change your profile by going up to the control panel. I'm not sure exactly what you want to change but you can make all sorts of changes there.
B- Not sure what you mean by make a smilie but you can add a smilie to a post easily by just clicking on the ones to the left when you post a reply.
C- Yes we have NC-17 area. You have to be over 17 and you need to make a request to vxr our admin.
